- There is no right of withdrawal within the meaning of the Consumer Protection Code – nevertheless, we grant you the following cancellation conditions:
- Cancellations made up to 2 months before arrival are free of charge!
- For cancellations made up to 1 month before arrival, we charge 50% of the total amount.
- For cancellations up to 7 days before arrival, we charge 90% of the total amount.
- And for cancellations on the day of arrival or no-shows, we charge 100% of the total amount.
- Any cancellation fees will be offset against the deposit already paid.

- Prices are per night and apartment for a minimum stay of 7 nights.
- For stays of less than 6 nights, we charge a surcharge per night and per person.
- Children up to 2.99 years of age stay free of charge in their parents' apartment.
- The provision of a cot and high chair is also free of charge.
- In addition, there is a fixed local tax of €5 per person/day for guests aged 15 and over in St. Anton.
